We handle every aspect of real estate development – from the first idea to the finished home. Our focus is on architecture with character, spaces that tell a story, and projects that harmonize with Portugal's landscape, culture, and light.
fully designed and equipped – with our partner manufacturers and our own highly qualified craftsmen. You express your wish – we make it happen.
ARCHangeluStudio is the evolution of the Berlin architecture atelier into a project development studio dedicated to exclusive residential projects along the Portuguese and Mediterranean coastline. We combine German precision with Iberian light and landscape — guiding every project from first concept through to the finished, turnkey home.
Ecological, sustainable construction with German precision and premium products — Made in Germany is our standard, not a slogan. Our efficiency homes meet KfW standards and open the door to public funding.
Conventional solid construction or hybrid construction — in stone, masonry and/or timber frame. We choose the method based on structural engineering, climate, and design intent, not a fixed template.
Solar panels, heat pumps, and modern building technology are considered from the very first planning stage. We build with care for materials and rely on ecological, long-lasting building materials.
From building permit to turnkey handover: about 6 months. The shell construction in hybrid building method alone — from the finished foundation slab to the keys — takes only 8–10 weeks. Based on a completed 200 m² single-family home; individual construction times vary.
Note: The permitting process itself is not included in this timeframe and depends on your municipality and your project — we're happy to advise you in an initial consultation.Premium furniture from Italy, France, and across Europe. Kitchens custom-made on request.
Let's talk about your project — no obligation, personal, with a realistic timeline and cost estimate.
